Introducing the 2014 Mazda 3

Slated for a September 2013 launch, the all-new 2014 Mazda 3 revolutionizes 10 years of innovation for the Japanese automaker’s best-selling brand. The Mazda Experts at Don Mealey’s Sport Mazda, a new Mazda dealership in Orlando, Florida, has been receiving inquiries about the new 3 ever since leaked images of the latest vehicle to receive the full suite of SKYACTIV technologies began to emerge.

Sporting the appearance of the KODO design language set by Mazda a few years ago and implemented in the design of the 2014 Mazda6 and 2014CX-5, the new 3 will be a few inches longer and a couple of hundred pounds lighter than its predecessor. The details of the gas mileage have not been officially released, but estimates place the hatchback version at approximately 46 mpg in the 2.0 liter SKYACTIV gasoline engine which would make it the leader in gas mileage in the compact class.

The new infotainment console features a larger screen compared to the Mazda6 and will run on a brand new operating system that is optimized for use with the commander navigation control. Drivers will be able to have their Facebook feeds, emails and web searched directions read to them and allow voice operated responses to be made. Another neat new feature will be the heads-up-display (Active Driving Display) that pops out of the dashboard in front of the driver and displays vehicle speed, driving directions and vital driving stats.

Spotted: Is this the new 2015 Mazda3?

Hot on the tail of the Xbox Live vehicle unveiling stream event announcement, it looks like the suspicions of what could be announced may be the 2015 Mazda3!
At Don Mealey’s Sport Mazda, a new Mazda dealer in Orlando, Florida, auto shoppers have begun to voice their interest in the next generation of Mazda3’s. The picture above looks similar to the images of the new Mazda3 featured in a Japanese publication last month and resembles the 2014 Mazda6 with the sleek Soul Red paint job and curvature at the front. This is one good looking hatchback!

We are speculating that the unveiling next week will be the brand new 2015 Mazda3 which we are anticipating to appear on showroom floors in early January 2014. For more information about the current 2013 Mazda3 or other Mazda’s, visit SportMazdaOrlando.com, home of the Mazda Experts!

2013 Mazda Miata is the world’s fastest…

The 2013 Mazda MX-5 Miata is the world’s fastest convertible… when it comes to covering up from the rain! The Mazda Experts at Don Mealey’s Sport Mazda, a new Mazda dealership in Orlando, Florida, has seen the rise in interest after the improvements to the power retractable hardtop were made to the 2013 Miata. Mazda’s latest video pits a stock MX-5 against heavyweight convertibles such as the Chevrolet Corvette, Lamborghini Gallardo, Porsche 911, and a few high priced top contenders in a ¼ mile drag race. The race kicks off with a blast from a high powered water hose simulating a rain storm to see how long it takes each convertible to raise and lock their power retractable roof and cross the finish line.

The 2013 MX-5 Miata had the power retractable hard top up in just 12 seconds which beat out the second place Porsche 911 Carrera by 5.1 seconds. If you were looking for another reason to consider getting Mazda’s iconic roadster convertible, fast responsive rain protection has earned a spot on the list. A new Mazda2 is on the horizon

For the past few years, Mazda has been rolling out their Skyactiv engineering which has enhanced the ever popular Mazda3, reimagined the Mazda6 and released the award winning CX-5 to the world. Don Mealey’s Sport Mazda, a new Mazda dealer in Orlando, Florida has seen the impression first hand that Skyactiv imposes on car shoppers when they first see the gas mileage statistics and safety ratings made possible by Mazda’s design philosophy. It is no surprise that Mazda is working to transform their entire selection of models to follow in the footsteps, or tire treads, of the Mazda3, Mazda6 and CX-5 by making the Skyactiv leap.

According to AutoBlog.com, the Mazda2 will be making the Skyactiv in the near future. The lightweight nature of the Skyactiv frame makes this an ideal feature for the small hatchback considering that a scaled down version of the frame currently in use by the CX-5 and Mazda6 will improve handling and performance of the Mazda2. The new Mazda2 is expected to make its debut within the next few years and could possibly be a 2015 model.
